Few words about me: I’m a geek; I’m addicted to many things related to Information Technologies. At present I am doing PhD in Intelligent Transport Systems at City University London, and also help teaching a little bit.
In addition to IT I am interested in typography, urban environment, cartography, information representation and photography.
Among the things I have already done there are two projects that became the most useful for people. The first one is the corporate website for Electromechizmerenie, Russian plant producing automotive components, and the second one is the function graph plotter, an online application within one Russian social network, being used by more than 100,000 people.
Since 2010 I am involved in OpenStreetMap project, where I help to create the best free editable map of the world. If you like maps, but still not an OSM contributor, feel free to join the community – that’s really interesting!
In future I’m thinking of using this website as my portfolio and will probably start a blog. There are several ways to contact me so far. For instance, you can use my Linkedin or Facebook profiles or send me an e-mail. If you want, you can find more about me in my CV, which I made some time ago, just in case. And if you have nothing to do now, check out some of my photos on Panoramio and Flickr.
